Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2, 2026

Summary: This Model Context Protocol (MCP) server is read-only, stateless, and collects no personal data. There are no user accounts, no databases, and no persistent logs of prompts or IP addresses.

1. No Data Storage or Persistence

The Aphantasia Creative Connector MCP server operates in stateless mode. Requests sent to this service are processed entirely in-memory to generate responses and are immediately discarded. We do not store, log, or transmit your prompts, tool queries, or interaction history.

2. In-Memory Rate Limiting

To ensure service stability and prevent abuse, an in-memory rate limiter tracks request frequency (up to 60 requests per minute). IP addresses are held temporarily in volatile memory solely to calculate request rates over a rolling 60-second window. These IP addresses are never written to disk or saved to any log files.

3. Web Server Access Logs

Access logging is explicitly disabled on our reverse proxy (`access_log off;`). No visitor IP addresses, user agents, or request URLs are recorded in web server access logs.

4. Author Disclosure & Affiliation

This MCP connector is provided by CJ Stewart, author of the book "How to Be Creative with Aphantasia". The server is designed to provide genuine, standalone value for creative prompts and aphantasia explanations, with optional references to the book.
